Mr. Hawkley serves as a Director, Interim CFO and as Audit Committee Chairman of the Company. He will be responsible for the company’s commercial business including legal, accounting, compliance, and business processes. His experience in the business planning, operations management, business development, and team building segments will assist him in effectively managing the business finances considering both longterm and short-term financing requirements.
